Activity/Lesson Plan includes:
Health Education Standards (NHES)
required for each lesson
to facilitate teaching safe food handling procedures
Procedure including detailed activities
Evaluation Tools for each Interactive Activity/Lesson Plan to evaluate
student knowledge before and after the activities.
A Teacher Evaluation Tool to determine if the interactive activities
are appropriate for the grade level, meaningful for classroom use
and the impact of instructional material with students.
